  • Where are you located?
    Our shop is located at Northpark Mall in Davenport Iowa. We welcome in-person visits during our store hours, which are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
  • Can I shop online?
    Absolutely! You can browse and purchase all our products through our website. We offer secure online shopping and convenient delivery options for your convenience.
  • How do I place an order online?
    To place an order online, simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.
  • Do you offer shipping?
    Yes, we offer shipping to various locations. Your shipping options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of consumable products, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened. If you are unsure about a product, we recommend trying a smaller size or reading the product description carefully before purchasing.   • What is your Order Cancellation Policy?
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@elmstreetapothecary.com within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and will need to follow our return procedures.
  • What is your Refund Process?
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Can sale items be refunded?
    Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    No. We do not have a nutritionist or herbalist on staff. While we are happy to help you pick a tea blend for a happy self-care journey, we recommend doing your own research and consult with the healthcare provider before adding something new to a wellness routine.
